Decades of international school leadership, with deep roots in bilingual education and teacher development. Has served at international schools in Shanghai and visited rural schools across Gansu, Henan, and other remote regions of China.

On his most recent trips, Chet has spent weeks on the ground in schools without running water, sitting beside coal-burning stoves and 21st-century computers, working with principals and teachers who have given up urban careers to serve rural learners.

Chet believes that committed teachers, in any setting, can change a child's life — and that the role of an international educator is not to import answers, but to ask better questions alongside the people already doing the work.
